Arrived late and my room was on the 1st floor near the kitchen. Noise was loud even with TV on. I requested a change from the time of checking, I was told to come back later. I had dinner next to check in area, so when i finished eating and there was no line then I asked again. I was told that hotel was full. I asked to be downgraded to a smaller room or anything available since it was just me. So no luck so I went to the room and I changed. I tried going to sleep around 10:00 pm but noise kept waking me up. I called from the room to complain about the noise and the front desk informed me that the new shift for the night had arrived and will be checking availability for me. I hanged up and waited until 11 pm when i received a phone call saying that there was a room available on 3rd floor, so I packed and went downstairs to get my room key. I changed rooms and I was able to get a restful night. I was thankful to get finally some rest. I have been a Marriott member for over 25 years and never had issues changing rooms.

Pleasant staff, nice rooftop pool, great working air conditioning. Room is nice but some things are in strange places. (Light switches, towel rack under the sink) I would recommend to friends!

Solid place. Would love a gym. A bit far from the main town - about a 12-15minute walk from the main area - but you walk through residential area. But staff are the highlight!
