The apartment features a private entrance off a small private terrace with an electric awning, a table, and lounge chairs. A small area is set aside for the washer and dryer. From the terrace, you’ll also have access to a shared outdoor hot tub—which, in practice, is usually reserved exclusively for guests staying in this unit—and to the shared wooded garden with tables and chairs for enjoying breakfast or an afternoon snack in the shade. The vegetation surrounding the home creates an intimate, shaded, and relaxing atmosphere, where you can hear birds singing and enjoy the cool shade under the trees, even on hot days.

The interior combines functionality and warmth: a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a closet, soft linens, and good ventilation; a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, Italian coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware for long stays; a bathroom with a spacious shower, hair dryer, and towels provided; and a living area with a sofa, coffee and dining tables, and stable Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in the upper part of Puerto del Rosario, a 10-minute drive from downtown, the airport, and several beaches. The area is residential and very quiet, free from tourist noise, making it ideal for those who want to relax, work remotely, or explore the island from a well-connected base that’s still away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also a perfect choice for mindful getaways, personal retreats, or creative projects.

Green Dharma is a space committed to sustainability, with attention to detail and the environment: electricity and hot water come from solar panels, and the windows and doors are designed to insulate against the outside climate. Guests are asked to respect the sustainable nature of the place by using water and electricity mindfully and by enjoying the silence and privacy of the surroundings.
