Cosy, central and newly renovated 85 m2 2 bedroom appartment, with a large balcony with access from the main bedroom and the living room. 
Our accommodation is ideal for family stays, friends or just to work comfortably, thanks to its high speed wifi.
The property is equipped with all services and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, 43" TV and high speed wifi.
Our accommodation is very close to the city centre and the bus station and is just a few steps from the fishermen's quarter of La Ranilla, a very attractive neighbourhood that has recently been remodelled, with large murals on its facades, artistic details in many houses, restaurants, typical taverns, and a wide variety of shops.
Our accommodation is located a few minutes from Playa Jardín and very close to the bus station of Puerto de la Cruz. It is also close to the renovated and bohemian fishermen's quarter (La Ranilla). In the surroundings there is a wide range of stores and restaurants, great places to eat, have a drink or spend time. An ideal enclave where to begin walks, to know its corners and to plunge in the atmosphere of this part of the city.
