It is just a few steps from the botanical garden. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, with a small garden where you can relax, work with your laptop in the open air, or sunbathe on the sun loungers. Families with children are equally welcome, who are sure to enjoy the complex's fantastic swimming pool. It consists of a bedroom with large windows to the terrace, a bathroom, a cosy living room, where there is a sofa bed and an open kitchen. The living room and the bedroom open onto a garden terrace with dining table and sun loungers. The apartment is tastefully decorated. It has a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. La Paz is an exclusive residential area in the upper part of Puerto de la Cruz. Here you will find the Botanical Hotel, the Botanical Garden, good restaurants, supermarkets, shops and pleasant walks. From La Paz there is a nice path that takes you to the Playa del Bollullo. It is a nice walk that takes you through a ravine, a path surrounded by banana trees and ends at a natural beach of black volcanic sands. Puerto de la Cruz is an old fishing village. You can still breathe that fishing atmosphere. It is a city where everything flows at a calm pace. It offers many cultural activities such as: The Mueca festival (street theatre), The Phe festival (music), carnivals, Festival Periplo (cultural), The Bavarian festival, The Carnivals, etc.
