Our beds, the kitchen area, dining and living room are integrated in the same space together yet spacious with a cozy 2-seater sofa bed. The large window makes the studio bright. From the terrace, you can get a sight of the spectacular view of the Martiánez beach. You can have access to the swimming pool in the building. Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location with walking distance attractions. You can visit the popular salt water swimming pool complex designed by the multi-talented artist César Manrique called “Lago Martiánez”. Around 100 metres away from the building, the shopping center where you can shop and dine in Las Palmeras promenade is Martiánez Shopping Centre with supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities. Car park is also available in Martiánez with a minimal fee.
