A spacious apartment with wonderful sea views, perfect for total relaxation in a super central location in the old town, near Plaza del Charco. It's located on the 5th floor and has a new elevator. There's free public parking a 6-minute walk away.
It has 3 bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, the second with a double bed, and the third with two single beds. Bed linen and blankets are provided. There are 3 bathrooms: 2 with showers and the third with both a shower and a bathtub. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, hand sanitizer, and a hairdryer are included. There's a large kitchen with a table where you can easily have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, Nescafé machine, kettle, juicer, and all necessary utensils. The kitchen also has a washing machine and a utility area for drying clothes. There is no clothes dryer or dishwasher. The large living room with a dining area has a large television and free Wi-Fi.
