Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Kamyla was incredibly friendly and service-oriented, going out of her way to share helpful tips and make getting around easy. We’re very grateful for her hospitality. The location is also excellent-close enough to the port for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the nighttime noise from nearby bars and restaurants.

In a great location being a 10 minute walk from the airport, as well as a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The room is extremely clean with an excellent bathroom with good hot water. The air conditioning unit works extremely well, and there is a supermarket a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Being family run, they will go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We forgot our passports when we checked out and they managed to send them to the next island by air mail making a stressful situation extremely stress free.

My room and the rest of the property was kept very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even let us wash our very muddy shoes in a tub outside and put them in the sun to dry. Hotel Islas Galapagos was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I on our trip to the Galapagos. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was located close enough to the downtown area that we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Also, the lady that owns the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could put our bags down after we arrived from the ferry. The only suggested improvement I would say is that the shower was built to be a walk in shower, but the shower head sprayed too far away from the wall causing water to get everywhere in the bathroom, but it was easily cleanable with towels. As two people who were looking for a place to lay our heads with A/C to keep us cool. This was just the place.

The hosts were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and patient when educating us on our options for entertainment and adventure on the island. The hotel facilities were basic but very comfortable, very clean and everything worked. Especially liked the reliable WIFI and the ability to fill our water bottles from a filtered water cooler in the lobby.

Monica was an amazing host and helped in every way to make our stay enjoyable. Aircon, free drinking water and T&C, fridge and facilities to prepare breakfasts and did our laundry. Comfortable bed. 10 mins walk from the airport, and close to the main shops and seal nursery. The service far outweighed the slightly dated decor. Good value, and would stay again.
