This hotel is beautiful, it looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. Rooftop restaurant and downstairs pool area were especially nice. Great service in restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. Huge bathroom and enormous bed. Staff went out of their way to provide me with hypoallergenic bed linens (no down/feathers). Nice toiletries. Wish the shower had better pressure and you could flush toilet paper but that's a problem everywhere on Santa Cruz, not specific to this hotel. Extremely close to the main strip of restaurants and bars and front desk staff gave us dining options upon request, including a map of the area. They arranged taxi service for us upon departure. Only stayed one night and really wish we had stayed longer. Only downside was the lack of soundproof rooms. Birds and fellow guests can be early risers and you will here them making noise quite early in the morning.

Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available. The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!!

The hotel was in a good position, close to the town and the sea front. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very big, as was the bed. However the rooms were very noisy, particularly very early in the morning with scraping of chairs, slamming of doors and people being noisy. The rooms could also do with a bit of maintenance in several areas. The shower was not particularly great and the dispensers for the toiletries were unattractive and didn’t really work. The breakfast was also pretty basic and didn’t really change much. All in all, although the hotel was good, I felt that it was very overpriced for what it offered.

Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything in Puerto Ayora and especially the port docks from where all excursions start. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, offered great breakfast with a view of the port, nice bar + swimming pool area.
