Very nice property, clean, AC in both bedrooms. The neighborhood was rather noisy during the day but at night it was fine (this property is not near the "downtown" tourist area). As I was teaching at the University campus 6 blocks away, it was a perfect commute, and still near enough to the tourist area for a relatively short walk. The host kept in text contact and was quick to answer questions. An automatic (e.g. key code or something similar) check in process would have been easier than having to meet the host to get the key, but it worked out fine.
