The property is undergoing renovations, so there are boxes of beds, furniture everywhere. Old furniture is piled up right outside breakfast area (by the dumpsters outside). Our room had not yet been renovated (the dresser drawer kept opening). Overall, it was comfortable.

hotel was under remodel (no mention of this when I booked the room) The room had no couch or table, just a bed and a work station. there were no accessible outlets near the bed or the workstation, so no where to plug in computer at the workstation. no outletds near bed meant I couldnt plug my phone or my watch in near the bed. This room should not have been rented until the remodel was complete

The WiFi did not work, and was unable to do my work. No luggage racks in room. The bed was too firm. The outlets by the bed were not finished, had extension cord sticking out of the wall. Didn’t appreciate the tv channel in breakfast room on Fox, too political and shouldn’t be on that main tv. Positive: Friendly staff, renovations and breakfast.

We checked in and after showers realized the ac wasn’t working. It was 10:16 when I telephoned the front desk. The man who answered said I needed to use the wall unit to control the ac but I kept telling him there was no power to the wall control. He argued with me that I had complete control and then said it was late and there was nothing he could do about it. My husband went to speak to him in person where he said he would note the problem and have maintenance check it it tomorrow. My husband sad you’ll have to move us because we can’t sleep in a room with no ac. He finally moved us to a room with ac but no bedside lamps but we were so tired we just went to sleep.

This place was one of my favorite places to stay, but this time it was horrible.There's mold in the sink that stunk so bad we couldn't use the shower, I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs, the mattress was lumpy and so uncomfortable and there were no outlets next to the bed.
