The modern exterior for this hotel shown on this website is not this hotel. Very disappointed when we arrived because of this.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Front desk gave us directions to walk to riverfront which were wrong due to construction. I feel they should have known about that and it was nighttime and ended up walking in dimly lit, uncertain area to get where we were going. Lobby area was nice. Bathroom shower had dirt accumulated on shower inside and out. That wasn't great. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot has a fence around it, which was welcome. Breakfast was all processed foods - just offering plain oatmeal would have been welcome.

The hotel interior was average overall but the parking lot was very limited in the front. We had to park in the back which was secluded and had homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. The room was not prepared very well, we had no hand soap or trash bags. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was limited.

Had to fly in early. Hotel doesn't start cleaning rooms until 11am so there was no way to get an early check in and be able to rest and clean up before the funeral that I was attending.

I had a suite and it was super clean, very nice, large and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful, big, had excellent lighting and a wonderful shower (loved the herringbone tile pattern!), it felt like a spa. I enjoyed having a large refrigerator for my weeklong stay, especially that the freezer had ice, and I made use of the dishes and dishwasher. I loved having two large TVs and two separate lounging areas. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (just wished they had bacon), the coffee was great. If I ever go back to Pueblo I will definitely choose to stay here again.
