I had a suite and it was super clean, very nice, large and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful, big, had excellent lighting and a wonderful shower (loved the herringbone tile pattern!), it felt like a spa. I enjoyed having a large refrigerator for my weeklong stay, especially that the freezer had ice, and I made use of the dishes and dishwasher. I loved having two large TVs and two separate lounging areas. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (just wished they had bacon), the coffee was great. If I ever go back to Pueblo I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room had potential, but the bathroom was filthy, moldy. The floors in the room had debris on them. The dishes the room keeps in the kitchenette were dirty with chunks of dried food. The wall had something like blood splatter by the bathroom. At checkout there's nobody at the desk.

Our room was quite small and since I was there for a bike race, there wasn’t much space for my bike, but we made it work. Our room was nice and clean for the most part but the bathroom floor seemed a little dirty. Totally understand that we are in the high desert and need to conserve water, but the water pressure was abysmal and I was not able to wash my hair. To have this huge shower and then the showerhead only trickle out was disappointing, but the temperature was great. The beds are always very comfortable when we stay at Marriott, But we just wish our room was a little larger. Very conveniently located to the start/finish of my race, but that also meant we dealt with a lot of traffic noise all night that woke us up. Just part of being downtown so we expected it.

First night we had a room with a bar below us that played loud music most of the night, and motorcycles driving by. Second night, we had a room that had a train going by throughout the night. Breakfast had no cut-up fruit or bananas, and no almond milk. We'll never stay there again.

The gas station next door to the hotel has a problem with homeless population. So they blast opera music which can be heard loud and clear in our room....ALL NIGHT. I am currently listening to the music while I write this email. After a lousy night sleep I go to take a shower and all the soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Had to call the front to get soap to be able to take shower. Not a good stay by any means. Breakfast was low quality as well. After telling Allisa the manager about the problems, she said there wasn't anything she could do for me since I booked through a third party Expedia. Really!? Now I just had house keeping knock on my door at 11:05 wanting to clean room. Check out is 11:00 but I requested to the front desk 11:30 and had that approved by front desk, yet the are banging on the door. This place needs some help.

Absolutely the best!!!

TownePlace was conveniently located - everything was great. They had free breakfast - a complete kitchen setup and fridge in our room. For our family visit they had everything we needed and were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Felt very safe at all times. Was there with our baby grandson and had no issues. We will be back for sure.
