I was in an updated room, however the direct tv box was inserted the wrong direction so in order to watch TV you had to get up and hold the remote under the tv to change channels. The front desk help was extremely helpful while trying to navigate this.

There was black mold and soap mold in the shower. In the morning the house keepers were letting the doors slam repeatedly against the door locks as they went in and out of rooms, sometimes with only 10-15 seconds between slams.

The room we was in had the hall light burnt out and the tub didn’t drain well. The maids didn’t come and we had to ask for more towels. Breakfast was nice and the comfort in the lobby area was very nice. The morning front desk lady with the blonde hair and fancy nails was very nice and friendly.
