The room was dirty. We got moved to a new room and it was a little better. They should pull the beds out and vacuum behind them. The grab and go breakfast had no real choices. Gogurt, Nutigrain bars, and very ripe apples.

The gentleman at the front desk was great, no complaints at all! It was also in a wonderful location with a tavern (Three Sisters) right across the street. I would just mention that it's definitely an older building. The water took about 5-10 minutes to fully heat up in the shower. Breakfast was just oranges/apples and go-gurts which is totally fine but if you're expecting a continental breakfast, ir wasn't that. It was perfect for a one night stay on the way from Great Dunes.

It’s a good hotel for the age it is. Clean and friendly staff. You do have to let the hot water run for a minute but it is an old hotel.

Clean room just old and dated furnishings. Bathroom clean, but towels were well used. Fridge worked. Tv remote needed cleaning before I used it, but still did not control TV on/off. Pool looked like it had been closed for years.

I did a job up at Rye. We stayed there a couple of years ago for like a month, this time ice machine down, phone didn’t work in the room. Glad we had sales, had to use our phones to call down to figure out how to turn on the TV Sheets and pillows weren’t white no continental breakfast one cup of coffee and some fruit bars. The bed was comfortable, but we didn’t wait to shower. We just got the hell out of there.

Our water heater at our home has parts on the way, so we have been without hot water for over a week. Our roof is also being replaced today/tomorrow. So, we needed a place to shower & go during the day for 2 days. We did 2 separate stays. 9/3-9/5 for showers only since we live locally. The first room had no shower curtain when we arrived. The staff remedied it immediately. The shower head had no water coming out of the middle & the water had very little play - boiling hot or cold. It served its purpose. 9/7-9/10 we are back for showers only & to have somewhere to go while the roof is being replaced during the day. The second room same shower head & the water had to be turned all the way on hot with no cold on to be hot. Again, it serves its purpose. No frills. You get what you pay for. There was a spider in the room that I had to kill. Fun times. What I really am irritated with is breakfast. Their website says “free continental breakfast”. By definition, this is a light breakfast that usually includes pastries, spreads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, beverages. Since we are paying for it, I figured my older daughter & I would take advantage of it & not make breakfast at home before leaving when the roofers arrived. However, the sign says it is “Grab and Go”. I said, “this is continental breakfast…?” And was told that they no longer have it. There was three nutrigrain bars and some beverages. Update your website. Sincerely, a hungry 7 yr old & irritated Mom.

We would recommend skipping this hotel and keep driving to your next major city. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with mustiness. Stains on the sheets. Breakfast is a must skip - it was gogurts, oranges, and breakfast bars. I skipped the coffee and stopped at the gas station. The pool gate was locked with a ratchet strap. On a positive note, the restaurant Bolt, across the street, was absolutely delicious - a must eat at if you decide to stay.
