The home features two spacious double bedrooms with bedding (one of which has a sloped ceiling), two full bathrooms with a very large whirlpool tub, an open-concept living-dining room on two levels with a fantastic fireplace, a fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and freezer), as well as a spacious balcony. This magnificent home also features two terraces surrounded by a large garden with pine trees, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature in a setting where the only sound you’ll hear is birdsong.<br><br>With a maximum capacity of 4 guests, all rooms in the house face outward and feature double-glazed, tilt-and-turn windows that flood the home with natural light. In addition, some of the windows have screens so they can remain open even on the hottest summer days. Furthermore, since the house is made of wood, the indoor temperature will be very pleasant in the summer and, at the same time, very warm during the winter months.<br><br>The home is located in the Montepobla residential community, in the town of La Pobla Tornesa, in the province of Castellón. Benicàssim and Castellón de la Plana are just a twenty-minute drive away on the highway; these cities offer wonderful, expansive beaches as well as all kinds of bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Of particular note is the unspoiled Renegà Beach, in the municipality of Oropesa del Mar, through which runs the spectacular Greenway connecting this town with Benicàssim and offering the best views of the Mediterranean Sea. But if you’re interested in discovering the charming villages in the interior of Castellón, the medieval village of Villafamés and the town of Cabanes are located about ten minutes from the home. The Santa Águeda Peaks and the Desierto de las Palmas are must-see destinations for sports and nature enthusiasts, as is the Desierto de les Palmes Protected Natural Area. And if you prefer the big city, about 45 minutes away is the city of Valencia—a city of light and color, famous for its cuisine, beaches, and Modernist architecture.
