The hotel needs some work. We checked in put our luggage in our rooms and left. When we came back, we tried to get into one of our rooms and someone else was checked in to it. They checked someone else into our room. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower was very dirty. This hotel needs a lot of work it is not up to standards.

I wish I could upload a picture of all of the roaches. We were upgraded into a suite upon arrival because we were there for for work . We found roaches all throughout the first night once we brought it to their attention. The next day we were told that we would have to contact Hotels.com in order to obtain a refund, and Hotels.com contacted them and was told that we would have to contact on Monday to talk to the manager. I’m not pleased with this at all.

Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. We got as far as the room, then immediately turned around and left. The manager was quick to help us check out and refund our money at that point. They seemed to not be surprised by our reaction and reason for leaving.

My room was clean, but the outside of the hotel and the halls and lobby were quite dirty. Dirt and debris all over the floors, a non-functioning but filthy looking ice maker on the 3rd floor, and a strong smell of cigarette and weed smoke throughout the common areas.

The room had a terrible smell, as soon as you opened the door it hit your nose. And made it very hard to breathe. Because of that it was not possible to be comfortable at all. The refrigerator in our room was leaking and not staying cool, and also had a funny smell coming from it as well. There were also no vending machines on our floor as the signage showed there to be. Also, there was just something about the hotel that made it seem uninviting. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here and will not be coming back myself.

The hot tub has been filled in, The swimming pool is not available. They told us it had been out of order for about 3 days, 1 of the workers said they had been employed there for 3 months and its never had water in it since they started. That area is a storage area and smoking post for employes. We were on the 3rd floor and the weed smell from it being smoked would give you a contact high if there long. The breakfast would have been decent if there had been a scoop for the cereal, no milk in sight a worker brought it out when my granddaughter was finished. The sausage and eggs were thrown at 10 minutes early. so you couldn't go back if you even wanted too
