The Space:
The modern vacation home “Aloha Pruchten” offers space for up to 7 people.
The sustainable architect-designed house in timber frame construction has exceptionally tastefully furnished living rooms and bedrooms in Scandinavian design with furniture from “Fritz Hansen” and “Vitra”, among others, as well as functional carpentry work.
The high-quality “Gaggenau” kitchen with kitchen island invites you to cook and linger together. A seating area by Roche Bobois allows you to enjoy a cozy get-together in front of the fireplace.
On the large covered terrace with access to the garden, you can relax on “Fermob” furniture, while away the summer nights and enjoy barbecues.
After a sauna session, you can refresh yourself on the sunny balcony with direct access.

A few small highlights are also: the hammock in the garden, the outdoor shower for particularly hot days and the wallbox in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The modern vacation home is located in the side street “Zum Schacht” on the outskirts of the village, which is very quiet. Adjacent to a small pine forest, a new small vacation settlement has been created, which invites you to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The small Bodden village of Pruchten is located on the “Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft” National Park in the immediate vicinity of the Fischland-Darẞ-Zingst peninsula.
The view from the balcony is particularly beautiful, from where you can look out over the bizarre salt marshes in the nature reserve. In spring and fall, you can watch the impressive natural spectacle of the crane migration. The property on which the Baltic Sea vacation home is located not only offers plenty of space to relax and unwind, but also for bicycles and water sports equipment. From here, you can reach a bathing area with sunbathing lawn and a very popular spot for kitesurfing in just a few minutes on foot.
