The first room I was assigned to was filthy. There was dried and fresh urine on the toilet, the floors were dirty. There were many small pieces of dried cheese on the floor. It smelled musty. The counters were sticky. Gross. The second room I was assigned to had a broken toilet seat. I managed to see a maintenance worker in the hall an requested his assistance to fix it. He did. The counter in the bathroom was dirty, I had to spread a towel over it to place my personal care items on it. The floor had small dirt clumps on it. The sheets were full of small dark spots that resembled dead fleas. My dog started coughing and choking when she was on the floor. When I picked her up and put her outside she was fine. I repeated this process in order to determine that whatever was used to clean the floor or spray the room was making her sick. Other dog owners did not pick up their dogs' feces. There was empty beer bottles, plastic wrapping and fast food containers in the parking lot. IT was disgusting.

Bad smells, not clean- but nice staff

The elevator and lobby stink. The rooms stink. The first room I was given smelled so bad of smoke I walked right out and asked for a new one. They claimed it was non-smoking. The second one also stunk, a little less than the first one but it was late, I was tired and was only there for one night so I just deal with it. There was a stain on my sheet & the light switch was broken. The toilet got clogged on the 3rd use. I will say the staff were very friendly and nice though!

The hotel and room, in particular, are adequate but need a lot of cosmetic repair work (i.e. chipped paint, wall corner damage, peeling paint in bathroom, chipped laminate flooring, hallway needed vacuuming, ice machine not working, etc). The desk clerks were both very friendly and helpful (gave me a small prepared bag of ice when I asked about the ice machine being broken).

They approved my reservation online with the card number and name. But upon arrival I was told even though my cousin was paying for me to go see my son with his card I couldn't stay there cause it was his and not mine. I had been driving for almost 2 days and had to sleep in the Walmart parking lot

I mean, I don’t have a lot to complain about the front desk. People were super nice. They were welcoming to my pet for no extra charge but the place we were just kind of old and the rooms were a little rundown like afraid to get under the blanket, rundown smoke alarm went off when I was taking a shower. There was multiple hairs that I found that were not mine, but the coffee was decent the next morning so all in all I have nothing to complain about it’s more just the condition of the building, but the price was also right and there were last-minute rooms available
