This property felt like it was falling apart. Loose light switches that had to be manipulated to turn on or off, broken door lock on the bathroom door, electrical outlets that would only work for 30 seconds after an item was plugged in, and countless other things.

The staff was awesome and helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very hearty with many choices. Location was convenient and close to the interstate.

The room smelled like mildew. Not only is this hotel outdated but it needs a lot of TLC on the inside and outside. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Property and room is showing its age. Carpet had tears and tile in bathroom was missing grout. The fitness center's A/C wasn't working so it made for an uncomfortable experience in summer. Room was a good size, staff was friendly, and there were many restaurant options given its proximity to BYU.

The staff person at registration was efficient. The hotel was in poor repair. Carpets stained in bedroom. The most unsatisfactory experience was breakfast. Staff attending gave no attention to dirty tables (listeneing to videos on phone). Eggs and sausages not heated - were cold. Needed to ask for hot coffee. Carpet in breakfast area was very dirty. Unsatisfactory stay.

This hotel does not deserve the Marriott Fairfield name. Feels more like a super 8 converted to a Fairfield inn. Sink area was super small. Barely big enough for the sink itself.
