The spacious main floor has a large living room with a flat-screen TV, a modern, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, Jenn-Air appliances, and a half bath. The second floor includes the washer and dryer and two bedrooms; each with a queen bed, its own full bath, and generous closets. The third floor is the primary suite boasting a primary bedroom with views of the Monument, town rooftops, and the bay. There is a large walk-in closet and primary bath with quartz countertops and lots of room. The outdoor space is unparalleled in town. An exclusive-use patio boasts teak furniture, a propane grill, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella, and a separate seating area that’s perfect for an afternoon of reading, lounging, or catching up with family and friends. You are steps away from the energy on Commercial Street, but this tranquil patio makes it feel like you’re in your own world. There are AC units in every room, ceiling fans in the second-floor bedrooms, and parking for two cars. BOHR 21-1179

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due.
