About the Space
Enjoy classic Cape Cod charm at Jones Locker in Provincetown’s desirable West End—less than half a mile from Pilgrims' First Landing Park and the Provincetown Causeway, and just a mile to the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street. This welcoming, updated condo offers tranquil water views, modern comforts, and direct beach access so you can make the most of your stay.
Key Features
Third-Floor Walk-Up: Located on the top (third) floor and accessible only by three flights of exterior stairs (no elevator).
Unique Duplex Layout: The main living area, kitchen, and private deck are on the entrance level. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, accessible solely via an interior spiral staircase.
Note: The spiral staircase may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges, small children, or heavy luggage.
The only bathroom is downstairs (no bathroom upstairs).
Living Area: Bright and cheerful with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and great views for relaxing downtime.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for home cooking, including fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and cookware. Please note: there is no traditional oven, but the microwave functions as a convection oven.
Private Outdoor Space:
You have your own private deck off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. (The deck on the east side is for another unit and not for guest use.)
Direct Beach Access: Easy walk down a private path to the tidal bay beach (beach may be underwater at high tide).
Parking:
Dedicated parking spot #10 is included, located in the Jones Locker lot just off Point Street. (Drive to the end of Point Street, enter the Point View Private Way, turn into the lot at the Jones Locker sign, and park in spot #10.)
A 15-minute loading/unloading spot is available in front of the building, so you can bring bags up before parking.
Laundry:
Coin-operated washers & dryers are on the ground level. The key to the laundry room (black door with a large glass pane) is provided in the unit. Access requires leaving the unit through the back door and walking down two flights of stairs.
WiFi: Included, but may sometimes experience outages as noted in past reviews.
No Pets: Sorry – no pets allowed, per HOA rules.

Two-story layout- A multi-level design with a spiral staircase down to the bathroom & bedroom and connecting the floors.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit has parking and bike storage.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
