Enjoy classic Cape Cod charm at Jones Locker in Provincetown’s desirable West End—less than half a mile from Pilgrims' First Landing Park and the Provincetown Causeway, and just a mile to the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street. This welcoming, updated condo offers tranquil water views, modern comforts, and direct beach access so you can make the most of your stay.

Key Features

Third-Floor Walk-Up: Located on the top (third) floor and accessible only by three flights of exterior stairs (no elevator).
Unique Duplex Layout: The main living area, kitchen, and private deck are on the entrance level. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, accessible solely via an interior spiral staircase.
Note: The spiral staircase may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges, small children, or heavy luggage.
The only bathroom is downstairs (no bathroom upstairs).
Living Area: Bright and cheerful with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and great views for relaxing downtime.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for home cooking, including fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and cookware. Please note: there is no traditional oven, but the microwave functions as a convection oven.
Private Outdoor Space:
You have your own private deck off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. (The deck on the east side is for another unit and not for guest use.)
Direct Beach Access: Easy walk down a private path to the tidal bay beach (beach may be underwater at high tide).
Parking:
Dedicated parking spot #10 is included, located in the Jones Locker lot just off Point Street. (Drive to the end of Point Street, enter the Point View Private Way, turn into the lot at the Jones Locker sign, and park in spot #10.)
A 15-minute loading/unloading spot is available in front of the building, so you can bring bags up before parking.
Laundry:
Coin-operated washers & dryers are on the ground level. The key to the laundry room (black door with a large glass pane) is provided in the unit. Access requires leaving the unit through the back door and walking down two flights of stairs.
WiFi: Included, but may sometimes experience outages as noted in past reviews.
No Pets: Sorry – no pets allowed, per HOA rules.

View and shopping options were fantastic. The bathroom was a little icky. The TP holder was gross and the mirror cabinet was so gross I wouldn’t put any personal products in it. There was no place to hang my clothes as the AC and sink were stored in the closet. Neighbor was a little scary as well. She left her door open and we could see her sleeping when we left in the morning. We thought at one point she might be gone.

Great weekend stay

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants, bars, and shopping and being so close to the beach. Sunrise on the water was amazing. The house is the perfect size for 2. The stairs into the home and down to the bedroom /bathroom could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.

Eeeehhh, don’t know if I’d stay again.

A couple of things: the place was okay, but there’s no love in this space. If they clean it, the cleaners aren’t cleaning cause I opened up drawers to leave my stuff and there was somebody’s belts, random cables in the drawers. I was unsure of what to do with this stuff. The bathroom was grimey from the inside of the medicine cabinet to the outdated shower. You’re up three stories of wooden stairs. I couldn’t imagine staying there if you have any issues of climbing stairs cause there’s a lot. There’s about 10 neighbors around you so I was happy it was just me cause I heard everyone’s noise all night. Speaking of the woman next door was cleaning out her apartment onto the porch, and was sleeping with the doors open covered in trash. It was hard to watch. The upside was it was close to the beach so that was great cause I went a few times. It is bit of a walk from the center of town. There was also the ability to walk down to a more private beach. It’s a public access beach but I don’t think anybody would know of it by not staying there.
