The Garden apartment is a very large 1 King bedroom/1 bath, with eat-in kitchen, living room and your own private laundry room. The King room has a separate seating area with full size leather couch. The living room has a new Queen pullout sofa-bed and gas fireplace. Patio doors open to the vast shared backyard and gardens. Outdoor seating areas, fire pits and propane grills can be found on the property for your use. An ice maker is located in a shared space on the second floor, so you never run out of ice.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Please strip the bed and place used linens and towels in the laundry bag supplied. If there is a duvet, remove the duvet cover and include in the laundry bag. Leave the comforter on the stripped bed
Load and start the dishwasher. We will unload the dishwasher.
Regular garbage is to be bagged and placed in the large black trash bins along the property fence. The recyclables are not to be bagged. Just place the loose items in the large Blue Recycle bins.

The unit was spacious and located steps from Commercial Street with quick access to a coffee shop, Scott Cakes, Farlands, galleries and shops. Paul was extremely responsive and attentive and the check-in process was seamless. If you are looking for a large space, comfortable king size bed and proximity to many amenities, this is your place.

The apartment was exactly as described; roomy and very comfortable. Communication with Paul was timely. Plenty of towels and a comfortable king bed.It is an older building with a few older windows that need to be propped open, but it wasnt an issue for us. Its in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The only noise we encountered was one night when the ladies staying above us came home after 11:00 and talked non stop up the street, by our first floor bedroom window and when they got upstairs. A pair of ear plugs that I always carry came in handy :) My favorite thing is its a 2 minute walk to the beach to capture sunrises and hitting the xoffee shop on the way back to the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Our stay was perfect for my wife and I plus our 2 little fur babies. Property was exactly as described. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Very close to Commercial Street which we love to walk a few times a day. Paul was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay again! Spacious and clean unit with contemporary furnishings, centrally located in the heart of town. Everything you can think of was waiting for us upon our arrival. My husband and I spent the week at this location with our two dogs and had an amazing stay. The yard is secluded enough for privacy and big enough for the dogs to do their business in between walks. The neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed having our parking spot on the premises. We highly recommend this listing. I’ve been visiting Ptown on and off for the past 25 years. We will definitely be rebooking here.

Great stay in a fantastic location ...

Half a block off Commercial Street and just a three minute walk to the wharf. Unit was clean, bed was very comfortable, and sheets were awesome. If you are looking for a clean, homey place to stay in a can't-be-beat location, you'll be happy here. Verona and Charmaine, two resident staff, were so friendly and helpful.

Perfect Oasis

This was a fantastic stay. the location is outstanding. The accomodations were wonderful for us. Lovely high end appliances, bedding, tvs, airconditioning. Good lighting to read . Space to spread out , area was quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes from Busy Commercial street. Wonderful garden andboutside space with very comfortable outdoor furniture.
