One parking spot – it is the interior of a tandem spot (no oversized vehicles). TV, cable, FREE WiFi, Wii and surround sound. 12 minute walk to ferry, 10 minute taxi to airport.

Mike was great at communicating whenever we had any questions. The 2 bedroom unit was close to everything in town and we would stay here again. Loved the couches which were so comfortable for the family to hang out and talk. Thank you for a great stay!

A full-floor oasis that feels like a boutique hotel

Mike and Rachel's home occupies the floor above a coffee shop on Commercial Street (though it is extremely quiet and you wouldn't know from inside all of Provincetown was right out the door). Light, space, and attention to detail throughout this high-ceilinged apartment with exposed beams -- and even a bay view from the bright main bedroom -- and the hosts are kind and attentive. We had a perfect stay and would stay here again in a second.

Great spot, very conveniently located on the beach on the bay side. Very nicely appointed with great electronics. Beautiful master bedroom with water views! Excellent amenities, including a wonderful shared deck/outdoor space perfect for afternoon/sunset cocktails, rivalling any harbor bar.

Location is amazing. Close to pier, beach and smack dab in the middle of everywhere you could want to go. Mike was a terrific host and made sure everything went smoothly. Just perfect.

Perfect July 4th Weekend

We all had such an amazing time and can’t wait to be guests again. The place was gorgeous and location could not be beat. Mike responded quickly to our messages and we took advantage of his many recommendations. Could not recommend staying here more!

Set just back from the main hub bub of Commercial Street, It is really hard to imagine anything better. One way all the galleries, the other most of the food, and just enough away from the dock to not be consistent traffic flow. Mike, the owner, was attentive, suggestive, helpful, and understanding at all suggestions and communications. Couldn't have had a better time.

Spacious And Dead Center of the Action

We stayed at this spacious abode during LGBTQ Family Week with our kids and truly made the stay special. The kids had plenty of room to roam and my spouse was elated he can run straight downstairs to the coffee shop downstairs. Access to the beach was steps away and the house is on the quieter end of Commercial.
