We had the most magical 8 year anniversary! Upon arrival we were met by Dale, what a doll!!! He provided so much info abou the town and was so charming and welcoming. The room was divine, cute, clean and from a fairy tale. The pool vibes were off the chain, everyone was so chill and just there to enjoy life! We cant wait to come back!

We had such a great experience staying at the Brass Key. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated, and all of the staff were amazing and extremely welcoming. I especially wanted to express my gratitude to Dale, who helped us upgrade our room upon arrival. Dale is a perfect example of someone who truly loves their job and is passionate about going above and beyond in customer service. We will definitely be back!

We were always greeted with polite and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was up the street a little ways and their sister inn, Crowne Point. The room was very small but affordable and cozy. The jacuzzi was working on our first night's stay and it was very relaxing.

Quiet and well maintained guesthouse. Central to walk to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Pool and jacuzzi a great temperature. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, be it relatively small. A downside is the wooden Venetian blinds that let light in from sunrise (unless you're an early riser). Simple breakfast. The complimentary wine and cheese evenings are cute. The bar is equally nice. We enjoyed our stay, and being a quiet hotel and its location would encourage us to return.

It was fine. It's a pricey place that doesn't always present that way. Needs some updating for sure. The staff is fantastic. The housekeeping staff was excellent.
