Perfect location, large private balcony overlooking Commercial street, comfortable & clean apartment. Yes, it could use some updates but P town is older & I call it charm, the good definitely outweighs for the rental. I will definitely come back & stay here.

Wonderful In Town Location

Very comfortable and in the center of town. Large outside deck overlooking Commercial Street was a plus. Good value for P Town.

Excellent location for people watching

The Provincetown Penthouse is a spacious, no frills unit great for a couple or someone traveling solo who wants to get the most out of Ptown. The incredible porch overlooking Commercial St is heaven if you enjoy people watching. It's a great spot to see the town ebb and flow throughout the day. The unit is well-equipped, but pretty utilitarian and generic. It won't necessarily feel like home away from home, but it's a great homebase if you're planning to spend most of your time out of the house. The place could use some updates, but the Vacasa team was quick to respond to questions and quickly and easily got me back into the unit when I accidentally locked myself out.
