Take a break & unwind in this charming one bedroom located in a house right on the water on Commercial St. This charming 3rd floor walkup is located in the quiet East End gallery district of Ptown. Featuring a beach access, a rooftop deck w/stunning views, and a shared beach deck w/ lounge chairs. The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you! This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! Note: there are steep steps & ladder leading to the unit & rooftop. There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but the rooftop has full water views and the house itself is on the waterfront. Note that there is a ladder/steep steps leading up to the rooftop. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room/dining room, a large private rooftop deck, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The unit also features a shared beach access and beach deck with lounge chairs. In the summer, turn on the AC if needed. In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice & warm. You will enjoy watching the stunning bay views from the rooftop deck or from the beach deck!

The unit itself was very clean. Bed very comfy!! Kitchen well stocked with the essential appliances & utensils. Hall/Stairs carpets could have been cleaner. We did get our steps in! If you are not able to do steps the Bell Tower is not for you. The private Roof top sun deck to this unit was a nice surprise & had two comfy sun loungers, umbrella , small dine table & two chairs. There are plenty of beach chairs and sand umbrellas in fantastic condition for guest use. Perhaps a cooler in unit for beach use would be a nice touch as we scrambled to find a way to bring drinks and sandwich without buying one. The host was excellent! Was very accommodating & responded back immediately to any questions we had during our stay.

This is a great spot. The owners are very responsive and pleasant. Amazing location.Alain, I would make one suggestion...better pillows, softer. We owned a B&B in Cotuit for 7 years which was highly rated by Yankee Magazine. Sleeping confort is very important. Other wise perfect in every way.
