This was the perfect little spot for my young family- Brenda was amazing as all the staff. So accommodating with change of schedules etc. the pool was nearly private as not many guests occupied and the beach was a 3 minute walk outside of the property.

Clean, comfy bed everything great except they should have bug spray there were so many mosquitoes and that really sucks when on vacation trying to sleep and they keep attacking you. So get bug spray if you’re visiting soon. Still nice place.

Brenda did a great job checking us in. Jason was amazing getting our beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning. Construction noise nearby 8am-5pm but if you’re on the beach it’s not too loud. Rooms were a weird layout and ac was working in only half the unit. But if you’re looking to save money with a condo near the beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas this is the place. Don’t expect the Ritz. Free parking was wifi was great.

The staff at Tides was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Steps to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up each morning. Beach towels always on hand. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Close to options for food and beverages. Thank you for the water and coffee in the room! WiFi worked pretty well - not the fastest, but reliable. We would stay here again for a few days of R&R.

The staff was fabulous. Proximity to the beach was also great. The condition of the room fell short. The sliders to the balcony (both sets) were difficult to open. It took strength to open them. The doors were cocked in the frame, it was an ordeal. The laundry door was hanging off the hinges. One of the bathrooms smelled like vomit. The overall condition was disappointing.

Our stay was great. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in Turks and Caicos residing at The Tides. It was the perfect location steps from Grace Beach minutes from I believe their downtown where you can walk to bars like Danny’s or the Grace Bay gourmet supermarket, and other shops. The most impressive part of our stay was Brenda the receptionist she was amazing professional, friendly. She made our stay even more special. We were surprised with a cute little cake, strawberries and a nice note from the management team celebrating our anniversary. The daily maid service was great. The hotel accommodations were superb. It had everything that we needed if we were to ever come back to Turks and Caicos we will definitely choose The Tides.

Our family had an amazing stay at Tides in Turks and Caicos. The hotel was spotless, safe, and incredibly well run. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming—Brenda and the entire team truly made us feel at home. The beach is just a short walk away, with a discreet path leading straight to it, and while a shuttle is available, it’s not needed. A nearby grocery store makes it easy to cook meals, and the hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was how the staff went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. an unforgettable touch. Highly recommend The Tides to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. Five stars.

The front desk clerk was a amazing she was so gracious (I’m terrible w/names) This place doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but if a 1bdrm apt in a quiet convenient location this is your place! The staff were friendly, but how hotel is run is questionable. Never saw one staff member clean the pool of leaves in the 3 nights we stayed. Nothing in kitchen to cook in oven, pans were scratched to hell no coating left, no cloth to dry dishes, no cheese grater, no glasses in bathroom, shower glass is half opened no sealing causing mold on drywall. Bbq is an old thermos that’s broken doesn’t work, a couple were trapped in elevator woke up to them screaming and ran for help for them. Front desk people are nice but not a professional set up. Place has good bones but needs some help to bring it up to speed. It’s only 3-4 years old which is surprising. They have a patch of land I guess they were planning to build but plans fell though maybe make a pickle ball court. The pool area doesn’t have anything around it. Maybe set up a water station. I could go on. Needs some help, could be good if someone got it accross properly over the line
