Amazing views, pretty closed to everything, the food was awesome, I strongly recommend to rent a car in order to explore de Island, jets sky tour was beautiful and safe. I definitely will comeback soon.

Not worth it! For the amount you pay at this hotel per night, you dont get the quality you expect. When arrived after long day of traveling, nobody offered a drink while waiting to check in. (We had to wait almost an hr) no warm towel for hands upon arrival. You pay 1k+ per night and you dont get anything once arrive. Not welcoming at all. Everything is way overpriced and definitely not worth it. There are better options in the area. This place needs better management. Staff was polite (most of it) but people need more training. Managers should go to different Ritz Hotels to learn how people should be treated at the hotel with this kind of rate per night. We agreed to pay that much per night so we would have amazing wedding anniversary weekend. But it was such disappointment. Tried talking to front desk couple of times regarding simple requests it was useless. Will not come back here, unless this hotel improves service quality. Management does not care if people are happy here, they care to charge unreasonable amounts of money. We expected top notch service. Was a huge disappointment. Welt very discouraged and angry, that this expensive hotel on a beautiful island can ruin anniversary trip.

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos. The property is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location on Grace Bay is unbeatable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return.

Great service from Florence at the front desk and the entire bell staff - super hard working team. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The property is not a full blown resort so if you’ve stayed at something like the RC at Kapalua, you might be disappointed. Things are smaller here - spa is not amazing, the store is miniature and the gym is not big. But we went for the beach, the island and the overall experience of the island and had a great time. Everything is beautiful and clean. Rooms are lovely and well appointed. Restaurants on site were great and again, service was just super everywhere we went. Super friendly and solicitous yet relaxed at the same time.

A beautiful property with exceptionally friendly staff. Florence at the front desk was exceptional and the entire bell desk were wonderful - very hard working. The service at the beach and pool were terrific. The rooms are very large and spacious with a nice bathroom (I love Diptyque so particularly fond of the amenities). The food was generally good. The breakfast buffet is fine (not amazing) and the bar food is a bit pricey for what they are serving but it’s a Ritz so they are going to run high. The only thing is that if you are expecting truly resort level RC, this is not quite there. The grounds are relatively small and most amenity areas are small - spa is pretty basic, the hotel shop is minuscule, and there is one family pool and one adult pool - both nice but not that big. The location is very good with things in walking distance but I can see why some reviews downvoted this one. Finally, I think the staff’s style is just more laid back at times. Again, I can see if you’re expecting big city trained or pace, you might be annoyed but I loved everyone there. Lovely, maybe a bit slower at times but that’s because they are really attentive with each guest. Overall, we had a great stay and thought it was a terrific spot.
