The shuttle service is on time at the Airport although my Air Canada Travel has been a little late. The staff was courteous ( receptionnist at the lobby,shuttle ' s Driver, Service man for baggage etc ) .

Although the room was clean, theTV did not work, which we eventually found to be unplugged. When we found the plugs, there no electrical outlet close by. We called for the shuttle and were told it would be 10 minutes - which ended up being 30 minutes. Also were not told where to find the shuttle, which ended up being at the far end from the arrival area. Most of all, the intimidating fencing around the access to the room made us feel secure against a possible Zombie attack.

We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle from the airport. Also, loved the large containers for the soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffeemaker, microwave and small fridge in the room.
