Nestled on 1.9 acres in beautiful Chalk Sound, Providenciales, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa offers an unparalleled private paradise with modern amenities and breathtaking ocean views.

Immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation with an infinity-edge pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The villa’s common areas boast floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the magnificent pool and oceanfront views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for gourmet cooking, featuring stainless steel appliances, modern décor, and a dining table that seats ten. An expansive breakfast bar provides additional seating and counter space for casual dining.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and luxury. The master suite in the main house includes a king-sized bed, TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a stand-up shower and outdoor bathtub. The second bedroom in the main house offers two twin bunk beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. Two separate guest pods each feature a king-sized bed, ensuite bathrooms, and poolside access, providing privacy and tranquility.

Villa Alizee’s outdoor living spaces are perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze. The villa includes a pristine infinity-edge pool, a deck, a screened porch, poolside loungers, a BBQ grill, and well-manicured tropical foliage. Enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ grill, firepit, and covered tables, or relax in the luxurious outdoor seating areas.

The villa has modern conveniences, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a Sonos sound system, and flat-screen TVs. For those looking to explore, kayaks and paddleboards are available, and guests can enjoy complimentary use of the private Sunset Bay tennis courts within walking distance.

**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



Notes:

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate. Additional cleaning is available for an additional cost.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $400 per week of AC use at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs for energy usage.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
