South Seas Villa offers a private setting for your tropical vacation. This unique villa is nestled around four acres of private waterfront property. This space allows each member of your group to find their own solitude if desired or be together in the screened sun room overlooking the ocean. The sofas in the sun room offer a relaxing area to enjoy beautiful sunsets and water views allowing guests to experience a level of peace, serenity and privacy rarely found at any Turks and Caicos vacation rental.

This villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom villa, a 4 bedroom villa or a 5 bedroom villa.

Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 3ft to 7ft. The dimensions of the pool are 36.3ft x 7.5ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Other Things to Note
-Air conditioning is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any overage is charged at the current market utility rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.

Chris’s Retirement Celebration

We absolutely loved the property! It was perfect for us and our adult children and their partners. Beautiful setting. Loved access to water; however, wish there was a handrail of some sort because the rocks are slippery and very sharp. Pool was better than expected and so beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were also. In the main house we never needed to turn on ac. Kitchen, though kind of closed off as per the 90’s, was well appointed with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. If you are a chef wannabe, bring some sharp knives. It didn’t really matter for us. Overall we had a fabulous time and would come here again! Slight glitch with no propane for the grill on the evening we wanted to cook out. Also, our scheduled chef was a no show. Bummer, but we made the best of it. If you want privacy, space, water, views, away from the throngs, this is a wonderful choice.
