I am someone who is particular about where we stay and we absolutely loved the Royal West Indies resort! Our two-bedroom condo was lovely. The bathrooms were both on the smaller size but we were thankful to have two bathrooms with two teenage daughters! Our favorite part of the condo was the deck/veranda area. We sat out there often and loved how spacious it was. The restaurant was terrific and the food was yummy! The beach was BREATHTAKING and you cannot beat the easy walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The sand and the water literally couldn't be more beautiful. Loved the abundant lounge chairs and it didn't matter what time of day we went, we always found chairs. The beach toys are all available to use for free (paddleboards, kayaks, Hobie cats) and also free bikes to use right near the office! It's only about a 15-20 minute walk to some stores and restaurants...perfect location. We can't wait to go back again some day!

Beautiful resort. Beachfront. Umbrellas and towels that are free and easy to get - never full and no need to go out early and reserve. Bar and restaurant right by the pool - have a drink while the kids swim. Though walkable - Could be just a touch closer to shopping. But we rented a car so no problem. We've stayed here twice. It fits the sweet spot for us in terms of quality and value. And providenciales in general is awesome!

This property is clean and very well maintained. The ENTIRE staff was very hospitable to my every need. The only setback was that there was no breakfast offered at g th he facility due to off season. My family and I went to the adjacent Resort for breakfast, which was quite adequate and very hospitable as well.

Everyone was extremely nice. Walkways to and from the beach were always swept and free of sand. Cab rides are expensive and only take cash. So bring plenty.
