Ports of Call Resort is a gem for travelers who prioritize unbeatable walkability and value over beachfront luxury. While it isn’t directly on the sand, it arguably has the best "home base" location on the island for those who want to experience the local vibe of Providenciales without needing a rental car every day. ​The "Unbeatable" Walkability ​The standout feature of this resort is that you are quite literally in the heart of everything. ​The Beach: It’s a very easy, flat 4-minute walk to their private, designated section of Grace Bay Beach. They provide a complimentary golf cart shuttle if you have heavy gear, but the walk is so short you likely won't need it. Once there, you get free use of umbrellas, loungers, and even paddleboards/kayaks. ​Daily Essentials: You are just a 3-minute stroll from Graceway Gourmet, the island's premier upscale grocery store. This is a lifesaver for grabbing snacks, pre-made deli meals, or a bottle of wine to enjoy on your balcony. ​A Shopper’s Paradise at Your Doorstep ​The resort is uniquely integrated into the Shops of Ports of Call plaza, meaning you don't even have to leave the property to find entertainment. ​On-Site Gems: The plaza features life-sized pirate statues (great for photos!) and a variety of spots like Giggles Ice Cream Parlour, Mama’s Gift Shop for souvenirs, and a few clothing boutiques. ​The Regent Village & Saltmills Plaza: Just a few blocks away (less than a 10-minute walk).

Nice location. Breakfast not as depicted but adequate. But scrambled eggs, coffee, juice and a few other thins ALWAYS running low or out. Beach chair saved early morning by some guests but not occupied until afternoon causing much difficulty in finding lounge chairs for us ordinary people. Not impressed by the pool bar. They would NOT extend check out for even one hours despite us spending almost $5k for our 7 day stay. It was all “okay” but could have been better.

This was affordable option during holidays when everything else was so expensive. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes through safe street. Kids like to go back and forth from pool to beach so that wasn't option. Staff was very friendly. The food quality in breakfast buffet was more like a 2 star hotel buffet. The location was best in grace bay area which is most developed area on this island.
