Our modern luxury private villa is just 250 steps away from Grace Bay beach close to the Beaches Resort. This spacious villa is an ideal getaway for a couple, providing plenty of luxurious comfort. It will also sleep up to 4 adults in two separate rooms. Enjoy the whole home to yourselves. With its own grounds and pool, it is perfect for a romantic getaway. Many of our clients celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons. The 600 sq ft main king bedroom has A/C, 9.5 ft ceilings, walk-in shower & en suite with balconies at either end to enjoy the views. The ground floor has an open plan living area and full kitchen as well as a ground-level washroom , The two-story building has west-facing covered porches/balconies on each floor to enjoy the sunshine and see the sunsets. It is surrounded by natural vegetation and set back away from any passing traffic and main roads making it the perfect spot to relax. The 700 sf ft deck and pool make it easy to enjoy the ideal Turks and Caicos weather. There is patio furnishings for 5 people and a dining set with four chairs allowing a choice of outdoor seating. An outdoor shower and BBQ complete the features.

We have two inflatable paddleboards for guests' use. These have paddles and lifejackets included. Note these paddleboards are shared between our two villas. You can arrange to use them with our villa concierge.

No other fees are added other than the mandatory Turks and Caicos government Tourism Tax This is shown as a separate line item that displays as 'Occupancy taxes and fees'. This full amount is the tax due to the government tourism department and is an essential part of the island's economy. This was a perfect spot to spend our anniversary vacation. We had a great Spring Break at GraceHaven. The house was beautiful and modern - exactly how it looks in the photos. You could not beat the location - a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The property manager, Ken, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, just a short walk to beach. Grace Bay is kind of a hike beach walking or street walking. Lots of great meal choices at Grace Bay. We did rent a car so we had lots of options. The home has a nice set up but we did have issues with a few things. Management apologized.

The property was gorgeous and exactly as advertised a quick 2 minute walk to the best beach in the Caribbean. Jeremy, the host and our concierge, Kennetta, were extremely responsive and frankly, thought of everything to make your vacation completely stress free. There's a beach cart complete with chairs, umbrellas and even an igloo ice chest with plenty of ice blocks in the freezer. They even thought of plastic pouches for your cell phones! The pool was terrific, very private and complete with floaties and pool noodles. Don't search any further; book it - you'll LOVE it!

Absolutely awesome property. Stayed 4 days with my wife. The house is in a perfect location to explore the island. Close to the heart of Grace bay and all the restaurants/shops, but also very secluded and private. Very short walk to the beach down the street. Wonderful Stay

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary in TCI and wanted to stay somewhere near the beach and enjoy everything Provo has to offer but a little more private. Grave Haven Villa hit the mark. Beautiful home, very comfortable and clean. The owners provided extras we took advantage of such as paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, etc. Kennetta the concierge was very attentive and offered many helpful suggestions. We highly recommend this home.

Hidden Gem

This property is exactly as described and a lovely hiddren gem! I only say hidden, because unless you were staying there, you don't see it. So it's great for privacy and peaceful nights and great beach access during the day. Aomeone reallt cares about this home, its modern, clean and well cared for. The communication was excellence from start to finish! We frequent Turks and Caicos and this has been one of our favorite stays.

The Perfect Honeymoon

Our stay at Gracehaven Villa surpassed everything my wife and I hoped for in celebrating our honeymoon on Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa is private, wonderfully located next to the best beach on Providenciales and within a short drive to excellent sights and restaurants. Jeremy provided us with excellent dining recommendations and information before our trip, and Kanetta, the property manager, was available to answer any questions we had during our trip (and had a bottle of champagne chilling for us on our arrival, too). It was hard to leave...and we can't wait to come back!
