We stayed in the junior suite. The view from our balcony was heavenly. We ate at the Dunes (our favorite ) , the rooftop and Jojos. Everything was exceptional! Snorkeling on the beach for $5, totally worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & will be back!

The room was very clean but there was a bit of a sewage odor. I didn’t mind it because I had the beautiful beachfront view and I would keep the sliding door open to let out the smell. The staff was so amazing!

Our first time to T&C and we were a little unsure which hotel to stay at. Well, we made the absolute best choice! The level of customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms was great. We were in the newer Beachfront building (although both are beachfront), and the decor was really nice!! When we return, we know where we'll be staying again!

We have stayed at number of resorts, hotels and BnB's and all the staff at Windsong were the most genuinely friendly, warm, helpful and pleasant I have ever seen. The restaurant/food options were very good. The butler service was very useful, knowledgeable and helpful for reservations as well as assisting in resolving issues. The water is just....smooth and turquoise, the snorkeling right in front was fantastic. Excursion picked us up in the lobby or on the beach at the Windsong...convenience. It was far enough away form the "busy area", yet close enough to get anywhere quickly (ok, small island). Highly recommend. The room was always very clean and the full kitchen was a very helpful add on to our stay.

Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.
