My issue was paying more for the room (about $1k/per night) with the swim-up pool, thinking it was exclusive/private to those who paid more for that type of room, but come to find out, that pool was for all hotel guests. That should be disclosed when booking. Nowhere online is that specified. Had I known, I would have booked the cheapest room there & use the swim-up pool, since it’s accessible to all hotel guests. But I over-spent on that room for nothing. Felt misled. So. Don’t spend the extra money on the room with the swim-up pool. Save your money, book a cheaper room & you can still use that same pool that others paid more for.

We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing. Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back

Staff was awesome. Some say the staffs are rude but I beg to differ. I was shown awesome hospitality, especially during hurricane Erin. Everyone was working with a smile on their face like hurricane 4 wasn't a thing.

We liked the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the property was well taken care of, the cleanliness. We stayed in a the new building at a room with swimup pool , and the room was beautiful! We didn't like the limited meal options (2 restaurants onsite). The hotel seems understaffed because the meals always arrived within 45min+, and it's hard to accommodate to this delayed timeframe when traveling with kids. Also, limited breakfast items.

We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix. Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us. The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return.

Great quiet hotel recently built at proximity of the beach located in front of the reef. Walking distance from Somewhere, Jojos Cafe and the amazing Marine Room dining (unforgettable dining experience!)

The staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste. Went to Hemingways and the food was excellent!

The pictures don’t do this place the just due it deserves. The rooms are very spacious, up to date, yet cozy enough to feel like home away from home. The staff and property were top tier!!! Highlighted by our Butler, Garey. He and others went above and beyond, to accommodate us during our stay. As a Single, couple and or Family trip this is the place for you!!! 10 out of 10 I will be staying here again on our next trip to Turks!!!
