Our room was amazing would love to keep getting that exact room anytime we visit again was perfectly located to everything we enjoyed
Pool area was clean but some times towels were not available and shaded umbrellas and seats were not available which maybe is normal. But when you just want to chill by the pool and no seating available gets a bit stressful.
It was nice to have drinks come to you when you just felt like relaxing in one spot. The staff was so accommodating Josue was one of our favorite

Beautiful resort, enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made my stay pleasant. The beach was amazing, beach chairs were clean and set up everyday perfectly with umbrellas. Improvement can be made on the gym. The fitness center was disappointing. They do give you access to there sister resort to use the gym which is a much better facility. Would be nice to have a fitness center here at the Alexandra as good as its sister resort. All in all I would stay here again.

Our room and view was amazing. Grace Bay beach is probably the nicest beach I've ever been to. The food at Alexandra was good - not amazing - but the staff was so kind, friendly - I can't say enough about how great they were.

Great overall resort with an awesome staff. The resort is very welcoming and the room i stayed in was spacious enough. The view of the beach and the set up of the beach chair was perfect. The staff members were friendly and made us feel right at home. Only criticism is the lack of premium alcohol beverage and the breakfast could’ve been better. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend it.

The Alexandra Resort is a fantastic resort. It’s small but it was easy to get to everywhere you need. The staff were wonderful, drinks were great, food was good, except the dinner. The dinner food fell short for us but the breakfast and lunch were excellent. Room was nice and spacious and Turks is just beautiful.
