The Grandview is located in an exclusive enclave of only 18 private residences overlooking beautiful Grace Bay -- 'best beach in the Caribbean' (Conde Naste). This fabulous two-level oceanfront penthouse condominium offers discriminating guests three bedrooms and three full baths.
The upper level encompasses the entire floor and features a master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV, spacious and sunny master bath suite with extra-large shower, and his and her vanities.
The lower level contains a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of Grace Bay. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and there is a full bathroom right next to it.
You will also enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen with all up-to-date appliances including a wine fridge and a washer and dryer. The dining/living area leads to a spacious private balcony where one can enjoy mesmerizing views of Grace Bay's crystal-clear turquoise waters and the pristine pool and hot tub area.

Jing was awesome. The condo was beautiful. We’ve been coming 20 years so we knew we were getting a great location, staff and condo. I have the same two suggestions for all the owners at Grandview: you need to find a way to provide some shade around the pool. No one uses it because the sun bakes it all day. It’s so hot and there is no respite except for a small area around the hot tub. You need a large high table and high bar chairs on the balcony. 306 used to have this and you could sit at the table and see the ocean without looking through the railing. It was AWESOME. sitting out there with coffee and laptop in the morning was the best. Now none of the top units have a table and chairs like that. So cheap to do and it would make a huge improvement.

A perfect week

What’s more to say that is not already covered by the many other glowing reviews? This is a fantastic property in a great location on Grace Bay. We loved waking up every morning to the unobstructed ocean views. The beach set ups are comfortable and much closer to the water than other resorts down the bay, which was perfect for keeping an eye on our kids while they played on the beach. The property felt very safe and private. Easy parking and also easy to walk between the parking, condo, pool, and beach. Everything from the condo itself to the pool area to the beach was spotless. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the plentiful towels! The two levels feel spacious and the layout was ideal for our two families.Jing and team are welcoming, communicative, and generous with their time. We could not have asked for more helpful hosts. We will hopefully be back very soon.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The location and condo were perfect. The check in process was so smooth. Jing was incredibly helpful and the run punch waiting for us was a lovely welcome. Awesome stay on Grace Bay

This is an amazing property. I would highly recommend it to everyone. This was my third trip to Provo with my family and this was our best trip. Condo quality is fantastic! Amenities, location and local support staff are great. Enjoy!

The communication before the stay was present and clear when I had questions. The check in process was a breeze and we were met by Jing who handled everything we needed. We had a small issue with the sleeper sofa but Jing took care of it swiftly. The space is exactly as described and the location is absolutely perfect. The check out process was seemless. Great property

The communication from the property owners and support staff was amazing, often responding within minutes to any questions we had during and prior to our stay. The property itself is very nicely maintained and the condo was larger than we expected. The beach area was much nicer than other areas we walked and there was no fighting or having to reserve beach chairs like you would in a hotel or resort even with our large group. Overall it was a perfect family beach vacation!

Great family vacation. The condo was perfect. It was just as described, cute, clean and comfortable. The communication was so helpful and included many local recommendations. This was our first trip to Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos and this rental was above an beyond our expectations. The location, cleanliness, convenience and views were spectacular. Really nice stay

The property was exactly as advertised and described by other guests. Great location, right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and nice pool as well. Ideal for families with multiple generations. Really good open layout with a balcony looking right over the beach. Washer dryer was key. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at the Grandview. The staff assisted us with everything we needed for a smooth check-in/check out. The apartment was spacious - with great living space, a balcony overlooking the beach, and a well appointed kitchen. We were steps from the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Located a short walk along the beach to many near by restaurants. A perfect stay. Would absolutely recommend.

This condo at the Grandview was perfect - location, view, amenities, everything! The owner’s assistant was very communicative throughout the entire process and Jing made the check-in process very easy upon arrival. The condo had everything you’d want/need during your stay like pool/beach floats and kitchenware! To wake up to the gorgeous blue water every morning was magical and to be able to walk right out on the beach at grace bay was even better. We rented a car and parking was very easy and it’s just a short drive to nearby restaurants and shops! Turks & Caicos is absolutely beautiful making for an amazing vacation and we would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Condo and Gorgeous Beach!!

This is our second time staying at Grandview Condominiums and it was just as amazing the second time around! We received the warmest welcome from our concierge, Jing. She made it a point to make everything perfect, welcome cocktails and a graduation cake for our son. Our week was so wonderful and relaxing! We would definitely recommend booking this beautiful unit when visiting Grace Bay!

Truly paradise!

Words cannot do this beautiful property justice. The Grandview is truly a wonderful hidden gem on the island! We will definitely look forward to staying here again. The condo is impeccable. Very clean, beautifully decorated - everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay! And that view! We loved that there were chairs and umbrellas set up every morning on the beach specifically for Grandview guests!! And the beach area in front of Grandview had somewhat of a more private feel - and not as populated as other busier neighboring resorts. The bonus was that we were just steps away from enjoying the beach restaurants at those neighboring resorts which was very convenient. Getting to other local restaurants and shops was also an easy walk either by beach stroll or a quick jaunt onto Grace Bay Blvd. Of course I cannot forget to mention the very warm welcome we got from Jing the second we pulled in. She had rum punch waiting for us which was a great way to kick off our magical week! There are obviously a lot of options on TCI in terms of accommodations…. I really feel the Grandview is truly one of the best options out there! Cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic location
