Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly oceanfront at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Resort. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Vista Del Mar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.

Vista Del Mar is a two bedroom, two bath, second floor Ocean Front unit. It has been recently renovated with all new imported tiles floors, fully renovated custom kitchen with quartz countertops. All new bathrooms with glass shower doors and all new tiles and fixtures. The balcony has two beautiful pub height tables on the double balcony to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Vista Del Mar monogrammed beach towels. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions. A new 65' flat screen LED wall mounted TV and all new furnishings . Both guest rooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's and the ocean view master has a new king bed. All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen!

The condo was perfect. It matched the listing and more. Not included on the listing bht a major plus was the water bottle dispenser helped keep us hydrated and much better than getting bottles from the grocery store. The road tk the condo was as listed, dirt road, not too bad once you hot used tnit and found the real bumpy parts. Definitely recommend and SUV or more offroad vehicle if you plan to be driving back and forth a lot. The condo is sevluded which was nice, it was quiet and no crowds. But if younpla. To do a lot of day trips for activites or going to the store it is a little drive. So recomme d you just plan your outings. Beach was nice. Although there wasa storm right beofre we arrived that washed a ton of seaweed ashore. The complex did comb the beach and picked up a lot, but there were still some big oiles at the waters edge. Once the westher cleared the water was warm and clear. The condo had everythi g we needed including towels for the beach and pool. The views from the balconey over the water were perfect. Would higly recommend. And the owner was very helpful and accomodating.

This was the best vacation rental I have ever had. Hands down. Great location. Gorgeous resort with nice heated pool, Jacuzzi, and beautiful beach. The condo itself has two kings (very comfortable), nice pillows, and the most beautiful interior. So many nice touches throughout. Lots of embroidered towels, a beach bag to use, placemats and cloth napkins and a cooks kitchen! Spices and oils. Three kinds of coffee makers (drip, keureg and a french press). A killer view. Nice smart tvs. A poolside bar/restaurant. Only possible challenge for some is the three mile gravel road w potholes that you have to endure. Just rent a car w big wheels and you will be fine. Enjoy!!!

Home away from home - lovely property on the beach - you could take long walks, see beautiful sunsets (you have to walk to the lighthouse about 30min) enjoy water sports and the pool. Very neat and clean property and the unit that we stayed in had probably the best view … absolutely loved it

I can’t say enough good things about the Vista Del Mar condo. It was perfect! And Hal was an excellent Host. Unfortunately the Restaurant on site was closed for the week we were there so we didn’t get to try the food, but the condo was perfect. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Provo!!

Perfect blend

Our family absolutely LOVED staying at Northwest Point Resort! The buildings and grounds, amenities, and beachfront location are beautiful and inviting - everything you need is there to have a wonderful, relaxing island vacation! And, since Providenciales is a small island, it's also very easy to explore so many places within just a short drive. We visited Grace Bay, Long Bay, Sapodilla Beach, and Turtle Cove during our trip. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. The host has truly thought of everything! We loved watching the sunrise from the deck. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Communication was clear and efficient with our host. Very easy experience.One tip for future travelers - I wish we had rented beach chairs for the week (available in Grace Bay) to keep in our rental car. This would have made our day trips to other beaches more comfortable and economical. If you are thinking of staying at Northwest Point - book now! It's amazing. We are already planning our next trip back.

Provo stay

Beautiful, quiet location well away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. We saw turtles in the surf on several days just down the beach in the Northwest Park area! Be prepared for the drive. The distance wasn't a problem for us, but the roads were AWFUL! Paved was better than unpaved, but lots of potholes and very rough! We didn't know if our little rental car would survive, but thankfully it did! However, the condo was very nice and was well stocked with a variety of beach supplies and useful items. The grounds, including the pool area and the beach "huts" were spectacular!

We had a great time . The apartment has a lovely view of the ocean . We walked in the morning along the beach to look at the sun rise. The apartment has very good supply for cooking and exactly as described on VRBO. My family was happy to stay there even with a long drive to grace bay. Thank you for renting to us.

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN

This beautiful home is stylish and clean and just what two burnt out New Yorkers needed at the end of winter. The seating in the main room is really comfortable, and we slept very well in the master bedroom with the sound of gentle waves lulling us to deep dreams. The kitchen is well-appointed and lacked for nothing. The layout is both cozy and luxuriously expansive in just the right way. We really enjoyed the views from the lanai in the early morning, where we sipped on coffee and watched the dawn light warm up the ocean. I recommend bringing a pair of binoculars so you can watch herons, pelicans and tiny doves up close. The beach is right there and so very relaxing. I beach-combed for pretty shells and really enjoyed the natural rugged beauty of the waters in the region. It rained heavily one day, and we had a front row seat to Mother Nature's event. Our host, Hal, was extremely responsive regarding a few questions we had (I was wondering what was biting me, and he cleared the mystery for me: no-see-ums that live in the dry seaweed on the beach - they don't bother everyone, in fact my husband didn't get one bite). I felt security was good and everything on the relaxed compound felt very secure and safe. I really don’t want to let everyone know how wonderful this place is, because I would really like to keep it as a secret, but we do very much look forward to returning. You will love your stay here. PS: Make sure to bring groceries / spices / spirits where you can....food and liquor prices are outrageous on the island.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful ocean front condo- lost of space for everyone, with the all the amenities and comfort of home. 2 King beds, 3 TVs, washer/ dryer. Every conceivable kitchen gadget, cocktail glasses (stemware, stemless) plastic tumbler, beach towels, beach bags- spare sun lotions, honestly everything has been thought of. Lots of seating at the private beach. Never had a problem finding a lounger at the pool. This is a secluded & quiet resort, which is what we love and why we come. This is our second time at this property. Hal- the condo owner, is a doll, very responsive, and first class! We’ll be back again.

Great spot to enjoy with family

This was a great space for my family. We spent a week enjoying the beach and pool, very quiet resort and grounds were very well kept. Secluded paradise!

We were extremely pleased with our experience in this condo. The furnishings and décor were so beautiful. The condo was very spacious- plenty of room in the den to hang out. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Appliances were very nice quality. The entire condo was so clean, I felt like we were the first occupants! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn’t want to leave the bed! We appreciate both beds being king size. We appreciated the nice touches- large soft cooler bag, large beach bags, etc. We loved the ocean view through both the master room patio and den patio. Everything was as promised. Hal (the owner) was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely consider staying at this condo again. The resort was also very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool area, boardwalk to beach, beautiful flowers throughout. The pool and beach rarely had more than a couple of other families. The resort was very quiet and secluded; however, be aware the resort is a good 25 minutes to most other places. We didn’t mind though- the difference in price was well worth it in our opinion. We also walked all the way to the NW Point (national park)- bring water- it’s a long hike but worth the view!

Lovely.....

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is beachfront and you can sit on the balcony and take it all in. At night we left the windows open so we could hear the small waves roll in. It was nice to be away from all the big resorts but close enough to visit in just a short drive. Enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful place!

Loved the villa. Lovely and beautifully updated. Not being familiar with Turks and Caicos and the various areas, i was not aware of the area. I was a little scared when the highway ends and you continue on the dirt road. So...I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a little windy the week we were there, and we could not sit on the beach, which was disappointing, but we loved the pool. We also visited a couple of beach areas that were a little more protected from the winds. We highly recommend the property.

Northwest Point is beautiful.

The condo was perfect. Everything clean and spotless. Beach bags to use, lots of sunscreen, shampoos, etc., etc. The kitchen was great. We never cooked in, but enjoyed having such a beautiful kitchen just the same. The views from the deck are wonderful and the breezes are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and everything was exactly as Hal said it would be.

This is the one of the nicest condos we have stayed at using VRBO! We gave it a 5 star!

Absolutely stunning property that does not disappoint. Interior is gorgeous and Hal has taken the utmost care in assuring his guests are comfortable. We spent 10 luxurious days enjoying the islands and beaches and each night we consistently said we loved coming back to the serenity of the condo at NorthWest Point! We loved Hal’s book of advice and checked out his recommendations on beaches and restaurants! Eddie cooked us a few excellent meals at the onsite restaurant... and we did utilize the outside grills! There was one incident one night when we came home, the condo above us had some sort of hot water heater leak and it was coming into our condo. We notified Charles (Propery Manager) he was on it right away. Nancy the housekeeper was there as well. This was at 10 pm at night. They were all over the issue and took care of the situation ASAP! Really a special place and we most certainly will return. Best kept secret in Turks & Caicos! Thanks Hal!
