The front desk folks ,Neal and Jameson were great .Went down hill from there ..If it was $99 a night maybe I would suck it up again. Outdated , poor fixtures in the room , plumbing loose in the sink and tub.Room was clean, that was about it.

The place needs to be fixed up. The room we stayed in had soft spots on the flooring and I almost twisted my ankle. The stairwell outside was all dirty. You couldnt use the railing without being covered in yellow soot. Hallway smelled!

Although this is a Wyndham property, it is an old property in need of some updating patching walls, painting it a little brighter that type of thing and I believe the manager was the reason for the five stars because when I went in with my complaints, he did send people out right away to straighten it out so that made it to stay worthwhile other than that like I said Wyndham really needs to update that building

Front Desk staff was great, friendly and personable. Room was not as clean as it should have been. The bed and linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The floors (laminate) were swept, but the dirt lined the bottom of the bed frame. Bathroom needed a wipe down for hair. Main issue was the back stair, where we were directed to access our room. I don't think it had been swept this year. Sand and dirty all over, even on the handrail. This sand was then tracked down the hall and into our room.

We were unable to stay here, the rooms are just not in good shape. everything is in disrepair. The man at front desk was very polite and helpful. After we checked in we could not stay here. We had to ask for a refund. He was understanding to that. Do not believe the photos of this hotel.
