Zero degrees outside and we checked in at 8 pm for a 7 hour stay because we had a 5 am flight and after unpacking we noticed the room was not getting any heat. Temperature read 64 but we think that was incorrect, room was pretty cold. They said they would send someone to look at it but 5 minutes later said the unit was broken. Ride to airport was good at 3:30 though

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It had definitely been used as a smoking room in the past. The furnishings and furniture arrangement looked like a dorm room. Finally, I was charged $50 more than the price that was quoted by hotels.com Terrible experience.
