The room was spacious and had everything you want in a suite…. EXCEPT… No Hot Water, low water pressure, horrible coffee pot, a bathroom door that was hard to open and close, a shower door that was hard to open. The shower took 20 minutes to ultimately produce warm water. The staff offered us to go next door to use that shower… not move next door, but to use the shower next door…. REALLY..?

What a great hotel. The rooms are spacious, plenty of room for my 5 kids in the 2 queen and sofabed room. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Very quiet. Pool was great and we used it a ton. The breakfast was fine - all pre-packaged type food but it’s what you would expect. Plenty of toppings for the oatmeal. Very kind staff. Convenient to have a checkout not till 12! Time for pool in the morning! Liked that there was both coffee and tea in the lobby always available, including herbal tea. Exercise room was nice too, and there are washing machines ($4). Would not hesitate to stay here again for Providence area, and only 1 hr to Boston too.
