The area was nice and quiet, close to surrounding things, which made it easy for finding dining.
The check in was quick, and the staff I spoke to was nice, however when going to our room, we realized we were given two queens instead of the king we booked.
When asking the staff about this, they stated that Expedia was over looking so they needed to give people other rooms..I expressed to the staff that they should be transparent about this at check in, so when arriving to the room customers are not caught off guard.
Also, the bathroom shower curtain rod looked as if it was broken, not allowing for the shower curtain to sit correctly from side to side, causing water to get on the floor due to not blocking the entirety of the shower.
I was told the hotel was under new management, and I told the staff I understood and respected that, however being transparent and open at check in would go a long way with customers.
