The property is decent. My room was not cleaned, but that is not why I would never say there again. A major safety issue: the front desk does not answer the phone! I went down and there were 3 people, 2 men and a woman, at the front desk and I said I had called. No one commented. I called again several times during my stay to see if they would answer. They did not. This is a safety issue. If one needs help, it is not available. I will go elsewhere where they answer the phone.

The bathtub was very slippery. It had no anti-slip coating. Tough for an 82 yr old man. Be careful if somebody slips and gets seriously hurt. Lawsuit material.

Craig at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was the same everyday. The food was cold most mornings. They had danish one day and then never again. The business centere wasn't working so you if you need to print you have to ask the front desk to do it for you when they had a chance.

Quiet and convenient.

Room suite was big and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Loved the pillows and that never happens to me Bathroom was clean. Staff was pretty friendly except for the breakfast ladies. A couple minuses: There were some big black ants around the window, The breakfast is really sad and not appetizing. Nothing is cooked on site. Nothing fresh except for the apples and oranges. It’s okay for a day or two, I guess.
