I paid for a suite and when I arrive at the hotel they give me what ever they got and I ask front desk why you giving me this type of room his answer was because I book thru third party they don't honor third party booking so be carefull when booking third party

The hotel was basic but ok. There were black hairs in our bathroom when we arrived that were not ours. Mentioned it to the front desk but they seemed indifferent. The lobby offers fruit-infused water which is nice but it was empty the entire night we were there, despite asking for a refill. I did not want to use the $3 bottle in our room. It's the little things, I guess.
