Hallway and our room smelled like pot. Water leaked onto the floor under the bathroom sink. The heating/AC unit did not work. The room was super cold all the time. Frost formed in the windows. We have been to many Hampton Inn’s, this one just missed the mark

At about 10:30 on Saturday night, I was lying in bed and someone tried getting into my room. They had a key, but luckily the safety lock was in place. Then, about two hours later, someone tried the door the door handle and banged on the door. At this point, I called the front desk and they offered zero explanation of what was happening. When I told the front desk again upon checkout, they still offered no explanation or apology. Also, my room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Whole system was down, no one at front desk, when staff member came they had to let us in with master key then when system was working they provided us 2 keys and neither one of them worked. Room was set to 60 when we walked in, took a while to warm up. TV wouldn’t change input despite following directions so could not use that. Don’t stay here unless you want to be frustrated your entire sty. Very dissapointed and will not be back.
