Front desk Staff were all VERY courteous; bathroom counter was not thoroughly cleaned, wish I had access to a business computer so I could print out a boarding pass instead of having to rely on my phone to retrieve a boarding pass.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean. Breakfasts were great- they had very thoughtful touches like wet wipes for your hands and after -breakfast mints! Have never seen that at any other hotel breakfast- and the wipes were helpful.

While staff were very friendly the following made us cancel our 2026 xmas reservation at this same Hapton Inn. 1. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cement brick. Mentioned it to staff Weds. am with no response to help issue. We woke all 3 mornings with pain in our backs and necks as even the pillows were useless without enough stuffing. We were lucky to get about 4 hours sleep a night. 2. Ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. 3. As my husband went out for a walk Tuesday pm he came back to see dog poo in the hallway heading to the elevator. YUCK. Also saw some the next day in a different area. 4. Breakfast has gone way done hill from previous visits to Hampton Inns. No fresh fruit bowl, limited toppings for waffles, black bananas etc. I must say I appreciated the kitchen worker on Weds. shifts who was very helpful in making a cheese omelet instead of the items that were offered that both had meat in them. 5. Friday morning while coming down hall for breakfast a different kitchen worker was petting a dog for a few minutes( with no plastic gloves on) only to go back in the serving area and w/o washing her hands or putting on gloves put bread, bagels etc. for customers to eat. Doesn't RI have health laws about sanitary practices when sering food? You do not pet an animal and then serve food etc. w/o sanitizing hands. 6. Not staffs fault but your rooms are too small for 2 to eat breakfast in room during flu season. At xmas we will be now staying at

The staff was super friendly and the location is around a few different restaurants. I enjoyed the pool and the big jacuzzi. The jacuzzi water could've been hotter but overall a great experience. I would return and recommend to others.
