It was extremely busy and tons of young girls everywhere for a hockey tournament. It was loud! The room wasn't clean. Had to ckean hair and stuff out of drain and killed a coach roach in bathroom. Carpet was dirty.

Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The gentleman at the front desk gave great local recommendations and made a personal connection as we were both heading to Bar Harbor the next day. Breakfast was reasonably priced especially for having smoked salmon on the buffet to go on my bagel and even had capers. Staff at the restaurant was also great.

This is probably the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Super comfortable room/bed. The hotel restaurant food was delisceous! Special comment for Charlie our waiter/bartender. This is a large property with on-premises restaurants which was handy since the surrounding area doesn't have many options if you need a late dinner. The room was spacious and the bathroom had two sinks with lots of counter space, which made getting ready much easier/better for our family. The property is dog friendly, which was why we selected it even though it is out by the airport rather than near Providence, Newport, or the beaches--and each of those areas is an easy drive. The indoor pool is very small but is open until 11pm which was great compared to many places that are shortening hours. Our only complaint was that the room was not serviced despite a stay of three nights (three people and two dogs) and really did need a vacuum and bath refresh. I was not told at check in that they don't service the rooms daily. Otherwise, a solid option if you want some extra space, free parking, and pet friendly accommodations and are touring colleges/universities or spending time in the greater Providence area.

Don’t stay at this property it very dirty & terrible service They switched me into different rooms yet both rooms were very unkept and dirty! No house keeping at all. You can see the bed was unmade. Pee stain all over the toilet! Kitchen skin stains all over! The room smells really bad! Stain on the sofa. And the front desk saw all this as he came to checked with me on the second room. He looked embarrassed. I requested to cancelled my booking. They agreed to do that and they didn’t do it. They told expedite they would not refund me. I lost my money & also had a really bad experience
