I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western overall. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the amenities were well-kept. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The only downside was the carpet—it had a funky odor that was noticeable as soon as I walked in. Everything else about my stay was great, but I think the rooms could benefit from a deep carpet cleaning or replacement.

This was a convenient place to stay with breakfast included. Room was large with king bed and comfortable sofa and chair. Relaxing! Clean bathroom and good shower head. Two story Sí no elevator but front desk person offered to carry our bags upstairs if we needed help. Decent price - good value. Easy on and off the highway. Would stay again.

A pleasant surprise

Although a 2-star, the room was comfortable and quiet with a working AC. The staff was most caring to us ultra seniors.who spent a week with them. As for their breakfast, it ranks number one among the many hotels we stayed, including all 3-star. The total amount is very competitive. We will book for next year.

Best Western West Greenwich has been remodeled. The rooms are large and bright. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on The linens are fresh, clean and white. The flat-screen TV is 50", the refrigerator is larger and the furnishings in the room comfortable and new There is a beautiful swimming pool. The morning breakfast is bountiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. The breakfast options were great. The lady who took care of the breakfast was amazing. She made sure everything was well stocked and helped with anything that was needed. And super friendly! Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel was very old, there was someone living in her/his car in the parking lot of the hotel. The door that is in the parking lot would open without the room key. It felt unsafe. We were sleeping and on the middle of the night the tv turned on by itself. I would not stay there again.
