Stayed at property for 2 nights while visiting Crater Lake National Park. Cabins are very simple but were accommodating for our needs, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could be remodeled, some mold in the shower, and broken floor tile. Ceiling fan needed dusting - did not use for that reason, otherwise cabin was overall clean. Beckie's restaurant across the road served delicious home cooked meals and daily fresh pies! Wonderful dinners after a day of hiking. Highly recommend the pot pie and portabella sandwich. Waitress staff was outstanding.

Closest place to the park. Rustic, but enjoyable. Would recommend for a short stay when visiting the park.
This is a typical campground-type establishment right on the side of a creek. Nothing special. Wifi was poor, and there is no cell service in this region.
A good, value stay during a visit to Crater Lake National Park. Great pie at Beckie's across the street.
It was a nice comfortable place to spend a night for our Carter Lake trip. The WiFi was almost non-existent and I wish they would just say there’s no WiFi so nobody would still have their hope up and waste time trying. This is not really a disappointment for me because I’ve read it in other reviews.
Our bathroom in the cabin, on the other hand, was very small and leaking. The bathroom is the size of a closet. A regular sized person cannot shower properly without bumping the walls/curtain. There was also barely any space between the toilet and the bathroom door and you can barely sit with the door closed.
I would still return in the future if I need to stay somewhere close to Crater Lake. I wonder if the kitchen cabin is bigger sized overall and maybe it would also have a bigger bathroom.
Staff was great. Everything worked in the lodge and our room. Old quirky building. Hadn’t realized we had to sgare toilets and showers. On a creek. Fire pit.

Disliked: Room comfort
The cabin was adequate, but we lost power around 8:15 and it did not return until 12:30, as already mentioned in checkin the internet was slow, actually to slow to use. Some noise from road, dinner next door was good.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
An RV was allowed to park behind our cabin. We lost electricity about 8:30 pm and the RVs generator kicked in. It was so loud that we couldnt sleep. So much for being in the wilderness for nighttime quiet. Awful
The check in and response from property maintenace was good althought the overall condition of the cabins and location were less than ideal. There is no internet, we had to drive 10 miles to get service. We were told when people start going to bed you can get service but it wasn't the case. Also, a notice posted on wall about possible lead in water from the Oregon governmental organization was concerning. Not a good experience.

While the fixtures and furnishings of the cabin were very dated, the only thing that really was an issue for us was the cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Those items really need to be replaced.

Corners of bedroom and bathroom floor full of dirt and bugs. If you’re going to mop the floors, then please vacuum the corners. Windows and window sills were filthy with bugs and dirt in bedroom and bathrooms. Also, need hook by shower to hang one’s bath towel on to be able to grab when getting out of shower.
