The administrative region of Primorsko oranska, better known as the Kvarner region, is one of the areas with the longest tourist tradition in Croatia.
Its beginnings date back to the middle of the XIX century ...., when this area was a favourite winter holiday resort of the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy.
