De jeux et lecture pour les enfants sur place, la terrasse est clôturée. Pas mal pour les enfants en bas âge. A proximité du centre mais dans une allée très calme. Très propre et climatisation dans la pièce de vie.Seule défaut, isolation phonique moyenne mais ce n'est pas insurmontable.

Nous avons été bien reçus par Franck. Le logement était super un petit bémol néanmoins la salle de bain est un peu étroite car ma femme est malvoyante et elle se cognait. Tout le reste est super et j'invite vos clients à y aller. C'est très près du centre de Privas. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute car notre fils habite Privas.

Le gite situé dans un environnement calme est tres bien equipé et conforme au descriptif. L'accès au centre ville à pied est rapide. L'hote est acceuillant et à l'ecoute. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour
