Our hotel experience was perfect in every way. The entire front desk team, especially Ms. Era and Mr. Butrint, were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Thanks to their recommendations and support, our stay became much more enjoyable. Having young professionals like Ms. Era and Mr. Butrint, who truly love their work, is invaluable for Kosovo’s tourism. Seeing this level of quality makes us eager to return both to Kosovo and to Plaza Boutique Hotel. We thank the entire team for the service quality, hospitality, and positive energy. A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard.
